Teablee® Premium Tea Products Limited Lifetime Warranty
Teablee® Premium Tea Products guarantees the quality of its products for the lifetime of the original purchaser. When subjected to normal use, Teablee® Premium Tea Products have a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If any component of your Teablee® Premium Tea Product proves defective, repair or replacement with the same or equivalent Teablee® Premium Tea Product will be made without charge. Warranties do not apply when products are not used in accordance with recommended instructions, or in cases of misuse or abuse.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy on all Teablee® brand products purchased through this online store. The item must be returned in its original packaging. The cost of the item, less shipping and handling, will be refunded.
This refund policy does not extend to products in the Teablee store that are not Teablee® brand products unless explicitly noted on the product page.
Shipping & Processing Times
Shipping and Processing times will vary depending on the date and time of purchase, as well as the shipping service selected at checkout.
We are committed to processing your order within 1 full business day from the time of purchase. If the item(s) are purchased on a weekend or holiday, please allow another additional business day for processing.
Depending on the shipping service selected and your location, your shipping time will vary. Our preferred carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS) and we ship from the State of Oregon. If you live in Florida, for example, and pay for standard first class shipping, then expect your items to arrive within 5-7 days (includes Saturday delivery).
If you pay for priority shipping, the shipping time is between 1-3 days (includes Saturday delivery).
We offer free USPS Standard First Class shipping (5-7 day delivery) under certain terms as stated on our home page and are subject to change.
This offer is available to purchases shipped to United States locations only (50 States + District of Columbia).
